Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal data. Use this page to make a request — we respond within one calendar month.

What you can request
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — deletion (where applicable).
- Portability — a machine-readable export of your CPD data.
- Restriction or objection to processing.
- Withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent).
How to submit a request
Email privacy@kurdcpd.com from the address on your account, stating the right you wish to exercise. For organisation staff, we may route the request via your employer where they are the controller.
Verification
We may ask for proof of identity to ensure we don't disclose data to the wrong person.
Complaints
You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your request.
